All products are made to order. 3-15 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email. Free Turkey delivery & collect in store also available.

Delivery
Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.
Your jewellery will be delivered fully insured by our expert couriers and will arrive beautifully gift wrapped.

Returns
Purchases made online may be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
We are unable to accept returns on made to measure or engraved pieces. You may also return purchases at one of our retail stores.
